So they bought the club, took money from it to pay architects and companies they probably own or have ‘deals’ with for millions and millions then sell the club a bit later for about what they bought it for. Sounds like theft and money laundering to me. But as they were owners they could basically do what they like…..that’s capitalists for ya!
